Process Design
GIVING maintain strict control over the manufacturing process in order to guarantee product quality stability. In production process design, we seek optimized solutions to ensure that the manufacturing of rearview mirrors is both efficient and reliable. We have implemented automated manufacturing to increase efficiency and adhere to the highest standards of every review mirror.
Mold Manufacturing
Our mold manufacturing involves several stages such as CNC, EDM, milling, lathe cutting, grinding, wheel grinding, and sawing. We also use coordinate processing techniques to measure the product dimensions against design specifications. Besides, we build high-precision, high-quality molds by standardized manufacturing process.
Plastic injection
【Plastic injection】 is equipped with automation equipments, including six-axis and four-axis robot arms, as well as a 3-machine, 1-person conveyor system. The process parameters are precisely monitored and controlled by computer systems, and a rapid mold change system is utilized to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Glass chroming
【Glass chroming】 is equipped with automation equipments, including large glass cutting machines, glass cleaning machines, glass annealing furnaces, abnormity cutting machines, chamfering machine, In-Line sputter, SCARA robot arms, and articulated robot arms. The production process, from raw glass material to finished glasses, is efficiently managed by just two operators. Additionally, hourly reflectance tests are conducted to ensure that product stability meets market demands.
Primed painting
【Primed painting】is equipped with six-axis automated painting robot arms and automated clamping conveyor system. We have established a comprehensive wastewater recycling treatment facilities to ensure compliance with government environmental regulations and to minimize personnel exposure to contaminated work environments.
Meterial preparation
【Meterial preparation】is equipped with four Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). The new logistics system is revolutionary, incorporating precise and reliable delivery schedules as well as an intelligent scheduling system. It ensures the efficient flow of materials and information within the factory, minimizes unnecessary personnel movement, and maximizes space utilization.
Mirror Assembling
Our mirror assembly process utilizes standardized production lines to minimize product variability. Each line is equipped with function testing machines to ensure every product meets rigorous quality standards before shipment, providing the highest quality to our customers.
